Returns
In the unlikely event there is an issue with your purchase, please contact with 24 hours of receiving your item with photographs showing the defect. Phunky Boho is a one of a kind, handmade with love company, therefore your item is not intended to look machine made. If you ordered the incorrect size, or you simply do not like the fit or style of the product you ordered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Issues:
I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail.
Once an item ships, the rest is in the hands of USPS. I am always happy to offer advice if there are issues with delivery, but it is the responsibility of the buyer to take the necessary steps to resolve those issues.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
